MCS Classicare is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in MCS Classicare depends on contract renewal. For the Te Paga Card: The benefits mentioned are a part of special supplemental program for members with chronic diseases. Members must meet all benefit’s eligibility criteria. The benefit cannot be used for cash withdrawal and to buy alcohol beverages nor tobacco, or its derivatives. Transportation to plan-approved locations through contracted suppliers. Home Assistance: Only simple repairs and basic services apply, according to the evaluation performed by the service supplier. Services are limited to 12 visits per year, 3 quarterly. Unused amounts do not rollover to the next quarter. Access to the provider's network all over Puerto Rico. The service area for MCS Classicare ELA Solido includes 39 municipalities.
